Refund policy

At WhiskerWise, we want every pet (and pet parent) to be happy with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

One Free Swap Guarantee

If a toy breaks within 7 days of delivery, we’ll replace it once, free of charge. Simply contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • To start a return, please email us at kpecom01@gmail.com  with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened grooming products

  • Used toys or accessories

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
